This Privacy Policy explains how Visual Library ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Visual Library is operated by an individual trader based in Sweden and is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We only send marketing emails to people who have explicitly opted in via our newsletter signup form. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@visuallibrary.com. We will remove you immediately.
We use the following third-party services. Each operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes (as required by Swedish law). You may request deletion of your account data at any time — see Section 6.

We only use essential cookies and browser local storage required for login and session management (via Supabase Auth). Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie to verify bot protection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
